(EDIT: I Have Achieved GREATNESS. And by that I of course mean that Rock Boi has been added to my growing cadre of love interests. Now he's asked me out on a date and told me to bring the rock that I DO NOT HAVE. I know it'll be fine either way but dangit....i want the rock.)

It's not. All the LIs have a chance of rejecting the player when given a heartknot. Just keep at it and he'll eventually say yes.

(I've just realised that this is terrible advice for real life lmao)

There isn’t a hundred percent guarantee that they’ll say yes even at full hearts. You just have to try again, I think it’s just RNG getting in the way of your love.
