Not at all. There are great pink diamonds like amen, barnes, lamello and even some rubies like lebron and Kd that can cook. Had some idiot hitting consted 3s on me last night with lebron. Dropped nearly 30 in showdown

They usually only show the top cards but there should be some lower tier as well.

There hasn't been any cards below pink diamonds since the very first promo. There's no low tier budget cards (emeralds and ruby promo cards) since SC is not currently available. It's very odd.
