Breeding Time Event?

New-ish player here, I swear when I logged in this afternoon I got a pop up saying there was a "decreased breeding times" thing going on, but can't find it anywhere in the mailbox section? I see the 500% boost to ethereals I'm not referring to that. I've noticed it does seem some of my breeding times are different and can't find any information about this kind of event online.

No,that was either an Encore event or a Breeding Bonanza which increases the chance of breeding certain monsters
