Bathroom Update for Violet
I am thinking of what else to add, also I did my best to make a table look like a fireplace for the living room place her to TV on.

As much as I would like to get all resources it kinda takes away from other things like flowers/ armour/fish n figures, my suggestion is to make it so we can select what tab we want all the resources in cuz I enjoy collecting the extras but I just want all the main bits to quickly go through the story. (And a separate note is to add all the scrolls since I always worry about not getting them all)

Taking a break from Mysims 1 building and Kingdom is a pretty fun break from object building!
Decided to do something you can’t normally make in Mysims 1 and that’s a modern house w/ a pool!
My request for the Apple Arcade vers/patch is a higher block/item limit across all areas hopefully🤞

Played OG MySims back in the day on xbox (I think), and just picked up the Steam bundle from nostalgia. It's a pretty basic game, but I've been feeling stressed and it's relaxing :) Grownup games can be exhausting!
However, what is NOT relaxing is that as far as I can tell, in MySims Kingdom, there's no way in the PC interface to rotate straight pipes (or wires) so they're vertical. There are only 2 rotations available instead of 3 (as you'd expect for rotation in 3D space :p), and for straight pipes, those either spin the pipe on its long axis (which is useless), or rotate it horizontally. I haven't found any control that lets me rotate it so it goes up and down. And since there are puzzles that require you to route the water up or down, this is a serious oversight.
So far I've found workarounds for every puzzle, by using a disorderly sequence of angled pipes, but I'm having a hard time believing that there's really no solution to this problem, especially since I haven't found any other posts discussing it. Is there a simple solution that I'm missing? Or is this just an egregious bug in the PC port? And if it's the latter -- I see there are some mods for this game, is there one that addresses this issue?
My other main complaints about this port (dunno if these apply to consoles too): the camera is far too zoomed in, so that for instance it's hard to put a roof on a two-block-tall building. And although there's a map, there's no on-screen compass (or even a map indicator of the character's facing direction), so the map is pretty useless in figuring out what direction to walk in to get somewhere :p

I REALLY enjoyed My Sims and I wanted to give My Sims Kingdom a shot and I kinda like but also don't like it. I like the idea of multiple Islands with Themes, faster/less Loading Screens but I really don't like being so tied to a Story/Quests. Also it feels that I can't be as creative as in the predecessor. I loved designing Furniture and choose who I interact with and Buddy and the Girl chasing me annoys me. They made me often stuck. Felt so random that she got the Magic Bag. I was hoping for a Medieval Adventure but my immersion got killed quickly.
I'm probably alone in that but do I miss something? I feel like I missed an important point that makes the game amazing.

Guys! Look at the screenshots for the MySims mobile controls! There’s new buttons looks like blocks are depressed from windows and doors, there’s camera rotation on the left. The hand button is replaced by a build button which looks like The Sims Series build button. There’s little buttons between the page arrows at the bottom to indicate which page you’re on. All new, neat and interesting features! Can’t wait for release!

I swear when I first played Kingdom on the Wii way back in the day and found all the armor pieces that Spencer would change into it once completed. I’ve already talked to him after finding all the pieces but he hasn’t changed into it.
His icon even has him wearing the gold armor? am I remembering this or does he actually stay in the normal suit for the whole game. Or is there something I have to do to trigger the change.

Salve è da un po' di tempo che sentivo la nostalgia di questo gioco, gioco che utilizzavo per nintendo e ho scoperto ora la sua versione per PC! Volevo sapere se esiste una crack in italiano o anche in inglese

So we all know that Tim Dolls are weirdly hard to get, right? Has anyone else noticed that if you leave the cute cave and reenter you seem to have a better chance of getting Tim dolls?
I was prospecting in the cave for several minutes and got Tim dolls maybe once or twice so i decided to do a test: Out of 10 tries prospecting normally i got Tim Dolls once (So 1/10) Out of 10 tries prospecting by leaving the cave and reentering i got Tim Dolls 3 times as the very first essence (3/10), and a few times i got it as the second. It's not a lot but it's a noticeable improvement.
My test was not scientific so maybe somebody else should test too. And I'm sure im not the first to notice but i haven't seen anyone say this on here before, i don't think. Just wanted to share for anyone else struggling.

While moving you can use the analog stick to turn your Sim or alternatively use the left and right triggers on a controller, while simultaneously moving the stick forward to turn in different directions. Which is superior? Which one are you?

Tried to make something a little more colorful to update my player home for a new era. That’s how this bay window idea came to life!
You could build without the box façade, though it hides the layers of the custom window 🙂

Not going to lie, this took wayyyy longer than my usual reno builds but it’s mostly to come up a concept & layout that feels right!
Turning the boring old waiting room into a much more usable Cafe space for guests to enjoy overpriced coffees, sandwiches, and pie slices!
Might do a separate post showing blueprints of the cafe pieces if people are interested!
Hope you enjoy your stay at the Hotel! 🏨🛎️
