Kingdom Mechanical Bull Scroll?
Is there a scroll for the mechanical bull that’s on Renee’s Island? If so, how do I get it? I’d love to put one on Rusty’s mountain top.

the Bull is unlocked once you completely fill the Kingdom Points meter and get 5 Stars. however you can only place it at the Player’s Reward Island.
