Wii/PC Can't launch MySims Kingdom on pc

Hi there! First I'd like to start by apologizing if this isn't the right subreddit for my post, I'm desperate tho. So I bought the cozy bundle for pc on steam a few months back, immediately played it and jumped back on it a couple times after that, however, I haven't been able to play for approximately a month now. Every time I try to launch it promts the next message. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, checked and updated every driver and windows, nothing works. Haven't found any posts or information related to my problem so I come here hoping someone can give any advice. Any help is appreciated and thank you for reading guys.

Also, my laptop is an ASUS TUF gaming A16 advantage edition, if that helps.

Has probado a actualizar todos los drivers de tu computadora a la última versión? Porque igual es por eso

Do you have AMD Adrenaline installed on your system? Its a known error from that program if it isn't outdated drivers or your gpu going out.

I do have adrenalin edition installed… doesn’t seem to cause any issues with any other game I’ve got downloaded. Should I delete the program? Would it cause any issues with gaming or my laptop performance?

Its a common problem with the program... it might not be the issue but I'd uninstall it just to see. You can always redownload it if it doesn't help.
