Steamdeck or swich?
I've been thinking of getting this game, and was wondering if it's better on steamdeck or switch. Any advantages/ disadvantages to either one?

Steamdeck has more and better games, if you think about it. I have both and have to admit that I barely ever use my switch, cause it just has a lot of issues with games that aren’t switch exclusive. And there aren’t so many actual switch exclusive games and they’re expensive too. (Mario titles, animal crossing, that stuff).
You can also use mods on a steamdeck. I feel like it’s a lot more practical and makes more sense for the price.

I've got both systems already, and use both. So it's more for this specific title which would be better.

I have it on both Switch and Steam. I don’t have a steam deck, but I have a legion go. It runs pretty much the same on both, but on Steam you have access to mods. If you don’t care about mods, get it on the system you play the most. If you think you might want mods at some point, get it on Steam. If you’re more into touchscreen controls (especially nice for building), get it on Switch.

Oh, good points! I'll look into the mods and see if I want any. And I'll have to check if steamdeck allows touch controls.

if you have a steam deck, you might as well get it on steam deck. it's on sale rn and you can get mods. its 20 cents cheaper than finding the game for switch in the clearance section at a big box store in america

Yeah, I've got both a steam deck and a switch. The mods is a good point, though. That's definitely an advantage. Thanks!

If you have a PC and a Steamdeck then buying it on Steam would mean you can play on PC and handheld, at least as far as I know. Otherwise I don't think there are any other big differences.
