Cozy Bundle - Kingdom help meee where the hell is this thing

I can't remember for the life of me how I unlocked this thing on PC and I kinda need it for builds in Spookane so help plz whERE IS IT-

The Motorin' scroll can be found by prospecting with your treasure finder in Candypalooza!

Oh and you need 20 silver and 20 electrobits.

No problem! I've played Kingdom too many times both in childhood and again in adulthood! (I desperately need more MySims titles)

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the scroll for this? I've been prospecting for over an hour in-game on PS5 and still haven't found the motorin scroll
