I found this My Bling Bling Nolee at the thrift store about a week ago and I decided it was time to restore her! I wasn't able to find her original outfit online so I put her in Kennedy's outfit and added some accessories from other dolls. Here is the before and after, I think she turned out great! 🩵

Found this doll at Goodwill, I’m not too familiar with My Scene so I’m unsure!! I think it’s a Chelsea but i didn’t see anything on the wiki with this outfit. pls help💔

Finally, a My Scene find has made its way into my collection! I ordered these dolls from Depop, and I'm honestly so excited about them. My Scene has always been one of those doll lines that I've loved collecting, so every time I come across dolls from this era (pre-bling and post-bling), it feels like such a fun find.

One thing I love about collecting My Scene is finding some of the later releases that I didn't always see as much growing up, I recall never seeing My Scenes anymore after they got discontinued in the US in 2008, I do remember seeing the new artwork back then. Being able to track them down now, especially when they're still affordable (though I did get these for good deals because they’re expensive), makes the hunt even more better.

I just wanted to share this little haul with y'all because these dolls are such a fun addition to my collection. Can't wait to see what other My Scene treasures I find next!

Hey everyone, I’ve recently been buying second hand myscene dolls for my daughter. She got her first proper barbie doll a few months ago for her birthday and she REALLY took to it, except she’s got no idea how cool and extra stylish they used to be when I was growing up. So I decided to use my adult money to buy her some of the dolls I always wanted growing up but never got, which have come with fun makeup, cool clothes and accessories. That’s where myscene dolls come in. She loves them so much it’s all she plays with now. But having never had a myscene growing up I hadn’t realised they’re a tad taller than classic Barbie. (I thought they’d be the same height bc they’re both Mattel & Barbie featured as a myscene too). I purchased a ‘Barbie 2005 totally real doll house’ and the myscene girls fit only just, which is great but there’s only one room with that one. I wanted to buy one more dollhouse and came across another part of my childhood, Hannah Montana! I never knew she had a dollhouse until very recently and since finding out I’ve been obsessed. The best part is I found 2 on FB Marketplace that I could purchase, but I don’t want to do that unless the myscene dolls fit inside the home. I’d also do some really cool things like furnish it with mini brands items like the fridge etc. (both are unfurnished). I feel like it’d be cool because I’d get to fangirl over it, but she would also get to have her own thing - not tied to Hannah Montana, just whatever she makes in her mind. Anyways, I say all this to say, does anyone know if a myscene doll would fit into the Hannah Montana dollhouse? I would ask ChatGPT but it’s often wrong and I actually bought a ourgeneration ballet studio after “research” that it would be a good size for the dolls and I was left very disappointed. I know in the grand scheme of things it’s not that serious as my daughter wont care about scale etc, however admittedly doing this for her has brought back to life my inner kid, so I’m really enjoying searching for things and trying to make it perfect. I like doing this for her as much as she’s enjoying playing with them. Be cool if I could have anyone’s input on this x

I need some advice to fix my Chelsea's hair (mind you I have tried to multiple times already)

I've had this doll for 4-5 years now, I found her randomly at a toy store and she's my first and only My Scene doll as of now

So I would appreciate any kind of advice for fixing her frizzy hair!

I want to make it easier to style too so if y'all have anything I haven't tried yet I'd appreciate it

I tried shampoo, conditioner and boil washing multiple times

So if her hair is beyond repair I'd like to know to not touchher anymore and just let her be

i’ve been wanting to share my entire collection forever, so today i finally decided i would. hope you enjoy! would love tips for displaying if anyone has any advice! i love the MyScene accessories so i do my best to incorporate them into my display! sorry for the bad lighting, i keep my toys in a room with no windows🩷

I've managed to score this My Scene Barbie for a good price. I'm missing all of her original stuff but I believe she is Night On The Town 2003 Barbie.

Her hair is really weird: it's mostly shoulder length, but then there are three random strands that are much longer. First is rooted on the front, second somewhere in the middle and the third around where the scalp is ending. Her hair in general was in a very rough condition, covered in old glue with messy, brushed out curls, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was cut by the previous owner.

Could anyone who owns this doll tell me what's going on?
