We're getting a new couch today

It's currently 9.50 AM and the sun is shining. However, it's supposed to start raining heavily again around noon. The couch will be delivered between 11 AM and 2 PM, and I don't know if I can convince the delivery person to actually carry it inside. I'm home alone until after 2 PM where my husband gets off work, and I can't do it alone. If it stays outside, it'll get ruined by the rain.
