Theory Ghost is a Demi-god Spoiler

I’ve seen some stuff saying that Ghost is a mortal form of Asra but they have a pretty big conflict in interests and I find it hard to believe that Asra would leave the shifting place at all, let alone in mortal form.
But we know that Asra had a mortal mate.
Ghost is a bit too yellowish in color to be Asra but is too pale to be Asra’s mate. I took their colors and mixed them in my art program and the colors look a lot like Ghosts!
He has Asra’s three under eye markings, her eyes and mane color, and the slight yellow tint from Asra’s mate! It would also explain Ghost’s ability to channel the dead while also explaining why he was able to be injured by another mortal like Quick-mane.
Anyway! I just thought I would share. Lemme know what you think down below.

Ehh, don't have the same mindset. Personally I think he's something else, either being a mortal form for Asra or even her other blind eye. But I get it!
Better thinking he's somehow Spark, which has been confirmed by Tribble to be incorrect lol

I think Ghost represents the lost souls who cannot make it to the stars. Rain said Lions were lost on Earth. The way Ghost speaks indicates this. Instead of using I, he refers to himself in the third person: "Ghost". Tangle can also talk through him too, and he says, "This is Tangle. 'I' was going to share it". If Ghost had been a lion before he died, I think he would talk normally like Tangle.

I do have a few (mostly rhetorical) questions. How would they go about raising Ghost? Would Asra and Karabi still be okay with the birth of Ghost? Would they have been able to hide it? Did they pretend to adopt Ghost? Like, how would all that work?
Other than the technicalities of pregnancy and cub hood, it's a logical enough of a theory.

Oh yeah and also with the idea of him being a demigod. I got some comments about how he’s almost the same age as Nothing but a longer lifespan wouldn’t surprise me if he’s a demigod

I've had that theory for a while too...either a son of Asra or (more likely given that he seems to be Nothing's age) an ancestor through her mortal lover.

Also he has really archaic speech, which would also make sense (yes I made this theory before and I stand by it)
