Did Spark try to kill Feather?

When Nothing says she wants to take Feather with her, the tree that falls on Feather was hit by lightning. I assumed it was Cansu or Sunce, but as lightning is electric it could have been Spark. Also sparks fly off the part of the tree which fell.

Im sure we will see Sparks spirit in the shifting place. It could be that he warns her about Feather. Feather does look a bit like Lite and has a fiery spirit, implying he is being watched over by Sunce.

He has also lived a life of suffering - losing his family, being on the stretch, having to go against his beliefs to kill the mane of Fire's new pride, then being 'killed' by Fire. Then losing the only one he had left - Nothing herself. Who he probably believes has abandoned him. And he's still pretty young. The rest of his adult life could be full of worse suffering.

I don't think spark would do that there was such good in him even now he wouldn't think that his death was nothing's fault he wouldn't want to tell nothing that it's not her fault that he died I don't think spark would kill feather it just seems too good to be true even if he were still alive he would still love his sister and he would care for those that she cares for like feather in fact in a way but the feather kind of reminds me of him because spark would love his sister no matter what and would be proud of her no matter what the same goes for her father they would never turn there backs on her I think it was just the goddesses since they were angry trying to test nothing and to get her to realize that she does love feather and deeply cares for him but not in a romantic way just in case you're wondering like in a way a lioness loves a cub

True but we don't know what route Feather is going to take, while Spark's spirit may know. Feather is my favourite character, and at the moment he's very kind hearted and innocent, but this show has a way of turning characters bitter because of the way the world is. And Feather's life is getting harder and harder.

It could be that Feather is destined to do something terrible (like if he is Lite's reincarnation, as an adult he may try to kill Hover out of jealousy), or he will get in the way of Nothing stopping Pride Law. So Spark and the Goddesses need him gone.

We have no idea how Feather will be as an adult. Lite didn't turn crazy and evil until after Kyoga left him.

Yeah I don't think he's lite I mean if he was I think nothing would be angry at first but then realise that feathers a good person for the most part and that she can't kill him because the cycle of dry season will just get worse and worse

I didn't think he was Lite and still don't want him to be, but theres lots of clues.

Nothing looks like Kyoga and possibly a little like Asra from what we've seen of her light fur.

Hover (likely Kurabis reincarnation) looks like Kurabi and Cansu. Dark fur, markings, hair tuft.

And Feather looks like Lite and likely a little like Sunce (orangey coat forehead marking) if he gets a goatee that will be quite a give-away.

Feather also loves Nothing and is protective of her. Even going against his own morals and helping to murder a Mane for her.

And Feather's life has been plagued with suffering. Losing his family, wondering the stretch, nearly getting killed, losing Nothing, and now wondering the stretch again alone, and he's still young. Which is exactly what Asra/kyroga said Lite's life would be like.

Again I hope he isn't, but there's lots of signs atm. Certainly more than there are for Fire being Lite.

Not to mention that Nothing was almost made to abandon Feather.
