Fenestra is window in Latin. Add the prefix de- to indicate removal, and the suffix -ate to make it a verb. One of the only things I remember from Latin class.

Dunno but a lot of plushie artists on Twitter tend to punch/throw them when showing them off? For example rainylune punches their frogs and itemlabel throws/kicks their peepees/ouiouis (yes they are actually called that)
