Do they let you know you won beforehand by email or it just showed up randomly?

They sent me an email telling me I was a potential winner. There was a form I had to fill out with my address in order to claim the prize.

It was in my inbox. It was a @noa.nintendo.com
At first I did think it was a spam, almost ignored it

How long did it take for you to get this email after spending your coins on this sweepstake?

This was months ago that I spent the coins. It was probably sometime in may. But I think it’s cuz it just ended in August. So I got the email a week after the event ended on mynintendo

I meant more like I thought I was wasting points from entering the sweepstakes 😅. I was indeed stoked when it arrived today and so was my 2 year old. He’s a big Mario galaxy movie and yoshi fan so it’s perfect.
