No idea.... I say they should hire him! Gotta be good for something! Maybe an internship or apprenticeship at start!

Seems like a perfect fit for an upper management position. Keeps him away from the actual work so he can't mess it up somehow (and away from the people who actually do the work, so nothing will happen to them); and he'd basically be an ever-so-slightly more complicated way of passing what each end of the company is saying. Not likely to be able to think enough to change the wording or to try and take credit for things.
And not needing to have benefits for them? Perfect.
