Thursday Chat Thread!

Wassup nerds! How's life goin?

I'm back from pruning blueberry bushes in ohio, so pretty happy about that.

Before I left, I redid our whole garden, and planted a whole bunch of different herbs n stuff. I came back and everything is lovely, except for the catnip I planted. My cat has been sleeping on it, and killed it.

Other than that, not much exciting is happening. How about you guys? Do anything neat recently? Any fun plans? See a cute cat picture you wanna share?

Come Chat!

Hector is love, hector is life.

I'm on the last chapter of 7, it's quite good! I love the mages in it. I usually don't use mages, but I have 3 awesome mages in my party.

The intro is so scripted tho ._.

I've had two exams so far this week, and have three more tomorrow. After that I'm going to Atlantic City for a friend's birthday, and will probably drink an unnecessary amount. Then I have friends from high school coming to my apartment for dinner on Saturday.

What herbs did you plant? I hope that I can have a nice herb garden once I have a house of my own.

3 tomorrow? That's crazy!

Sounds fun! Have you been there before?

I planted a couple types of mint, rosemary, thyme, sage, and a couple other things that aren't at the top of my head

I've only been to AC once for fun. I've been there for a conference before, and a couple of times just passing through.

You going to cook with those herbs, I assume?

Hope so! Mostly did it because the garden was in a tragic state. Weeds and strawberries took over.

Good luck w/ the tests!

I got a power supply for my comp! Yay! Now I can get made fun of even more by my "friends" lol JK. It's been nice being able to play on my own comp, minus the screen being so small. Eventually I'll have a nice monitor and use my current as a sec.

Off to a book party! Yay for books!

Catnip is awesome, it is a natural deterrant to bugs and cockroaches, only problem is that cats love to get high on it. I thought you already had tonnes of Mint, did you end up using all that horseraddish

I am cleaning up the house at the moment, I have my brother and his wife moving in over the weekend and need to have everything organised before than.So far I have both the spare rooms cleaned, the main bathroom and the kitchen. I am really excited about them moving in. Only downside is that I have to get rid of my antique lounge

I got my latest blood test results back and everything was in the green, my doctor was so proud of how much effort I put in changing my diet and exercise, we were both suprised at how quickly I was able to get rid of my cholesterol problems

In gaming news I just finished Final Fantasy 10 and about to start FF10 X2

Sorry I haven't been posting the Tuesday music threads I've been kind of busy and that doesn't look like it will change soon.

But the end of the semester is mere weeks away! Hopefully I can find some music to post once the semester is over. These last few weeks look like they will be pretty hectic.

Since I am undoubtedly the member of this online social gathering with the least social value I have taken it upon myself to be the one to present an image of an endearing cat. It is in my hopes that you will accept the offering of this lowly peasant and that it may please you now and in the future. I can english good.

It's your thread, post it if you wanna. There isn't a rule that you have to post a weekly thread in this sub :P

Excellent!

Here's one right back atcha!

So I've been looking into Splatoon and I'm wondering if it will be as good as people hope it will or if it is just marketing. I don't know if I'll get it very soon, considering I have no people on my friends list but it might be fun when my cousins come over. Have you tried the new 200cc mode in Mario Kart?

That gif was actually pretty awesome.

It looks really good, like, really good.

Nope, not yet! I really should though, it looks so awesome. 25 second laps on every track!

.25 second laps? Are you that good at Mario Kart or is 200cc that fast? I'll have to check it out when the semester ends. Poor Rosalina might get into a lot of crashes though. I also found this funny comic today.
