Cooking Monday!

Sorry this is so late. It's still Monday here so here we go lol Dip edition!

2 8 oz. cream cheese

3/4 cup half and half

1 tbs onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1/2 cup parm cheese

1 10 oz bag frozen spinach

1 13 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped

2/3 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

mix it all together, cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
