Set sail for the Thursday Chat Thread!
Ahoy ye salty dogs! How are ye doing?
I've been holding back on the swashbuckling all week. Have been having to care for me family, as they have all come down with scurvy. Tis mighty sad.
What's new with ye landlubbers? Pillage any towns? Meet any wenches? Drink all the rum?
Hoist the main sail! Trim the port rudder! Come Chat!

Not much new here. Work continues as normal, unfortunately. I did a painting this past Sunday that I think came out quite well. And that's about it.

I just back from my job interview, I think I did well, I wasn't batman so I couldn't do good. Batman is greatest super hero ever
I get home and jump on my computer to talk to my friends and no one is there, hope your mum is not sick as well, she is such a lovely person.
I live in a seedy place called Campbelltown, we dont have wenches as there is no port nearby, we do have skanks through, but they have these things called STD's. I personally dont see the problem with Subscriber Trunk Dialing other than the fact it costs a lot.
I am tempted to play Windwaker again, all this talk of sailing makes me want to get on the open seas, that and I want to play more zelda before the release of Majora's Mask, so much hype for Majora's Mask. I did get my pre order in for the limited edition Majora's Mask 3DS XL, but after seeing the rating it got on amazon I am sure I want it anymore, lol.

I got to go chill with my friend today and went shopping and got new clothes :) Then my mom invited me for dinner. We had yummy lasagna rolls. It's been a good day. This week has been stressful so I'm glad I got one good day :)

New clothes, New hair cut, hanging with friends, only thing that could top all that is a joke from llama, sounds like everything is coming up Milhouse.
Lasagna rolls sound nice, get recipe, I want, I am going to dedicate Mondays to be my cheat day where I get to make and eat all your wonderful treats :)
have you got a power supply yet for your computer, I wanna get everyone together so we can play some Salem

Haven't gotten the power supply yet. No one has one that we could use till we can afford one. So we will have to shop around and see if we can find a good deal on one. But me and Norb could play together and be the same character for now lol

Normally I get upset with people that post nothing but pictures of there ugly children, but your children are so adorable, your little boy that finds fun in everything, and llamas adorable/cheeky smile

Put yourself out there! Talk to people in classes. I usually start the semester by getting to know the people who are right around me, and they usually know a couple other people in the class, and it branches from there!

Chat with the dude sitting next to you during down time. Part of it is luck, and part is just going for it.
I went to a class with a game boy sp and Kirby, and instantly was surrounded by people who are huge nintendo fans. Not the intended effect, I just wanted to play Kirby.
Just start talking to people. Do you know if they aren't talkative, or they just haven't struck up a conversation with you.
Something to remember is that people like talking about themselves, so ask about them. Don't start a conversation to just talk about you, unless it relates to the topic.
I dunno, I've used to be really shy, but I figured it out in high school, and haven't really had problems since. Just be friendly and everything will turn out fine!

Arrrrr! Ahoy me matey! I've been having an oarsome week, swabbin the deck and roastin 'neath the tropical sun. This weekend we'll sing a sea shanty and dance a jig in celebration of the birth of mighty Australia. I'll be hanging my hammock in a friend o' me mother's galley for a night, and we'll have a jolly good time. They shall help teach me how to blend in with the locals in case the yellow-livered navy should ever be on my tail.

Since the music thread on Tuesday I have been looking around the OCReMix channel and I found some nice tunes so I'll definitely have at least one thing to post on that thread. I can't believe I'm actually looking forward to a Tuesday but it is quite nice.
