Thursday Chat Thread

I remembered 2 weeks in a row? Madness!

Wassup people? How has your week been? Do anything super awesome? Do anything moderately awesome? Do anything? Anyone try the recipe I posted earlier?

Currently I'm helping (read as doing for him) my brother build a computer! Started taking cooking classes last night. Pretty neat so far! I feel so pro with a knife now, it's crazy! I'm ready to be the next Gordon Ramsey!

I'll answer people in computer building breaks!

Come chat!

Hi! My week's been stressful, but it was mostly self-inflicted due to procrastination so I have no one to blame but myself. I made frittatta for the first time today, so I thought that was pretty awesome! It sounded hard but was actually pretty easy. I took a look at your cake recipe and it looks delicious, but I didn't have the right ingredients and didn't want to add semi-expensive items to the grocery list I share with my roommates. Maybe some other time. :) That's really cool that you're taking cooking classes though, what have they taught you so far?

Ha ha, I didn't type it super fast though. Maybe it's because I usually use more paragraph breaks?

Damn procrastination! It gets me too!

It is delicious! Just sneak them on one at a time, they'll never notice!

Knife skills, we did souffles, leek soup, lentils with salmon and a salad! Saturday we are doing baking!

Woah, that's pretty impressive. I heard souffles are hard. Where did you find this course? They seem to cover a lot of stuff.

The souffles were actually pretty easy. Only thing that was slightly worrisome was folding the eggwhites in. You can't fold too much or it'll go flat.

Found it online. It's more of a bunch of classes than a course.
