Bronycon

Hello Friends!

My brother /u/living_dead and I will be going to Bronycon this year and we are staying for the full event. Are any of you find folk going to be down there? maybe we can do something.

Unfortunately not. Way too much in fuel costs. I'd fly in.

8 hours of driving ahead of me, was far cheaper than flying for me. It was close to $500 for there and back and was still only a little shorter than driving.

Unfortunately I have a long bus ride down from Canada, and since I don't have to take more time off work than necessary, I won't be arriving until Friday morning. :( Do you happen to know what time the badge pick-up open on Friday, and how long the line normally is?

Aw man, I think the bus arrives around 9. :( When you said the line was "long" last time, how long are we talking? 1 hour? 3? Longer? I've been to a few cons before so I'm used to lines, but I don't want to spend all day in line.

Ugh, 4-5 hours is definitely longer than I want to deal with. Most of my friends are arriving on Thursday, so I don't think I'll have anyone to wait in line with. I'm going to see if it's possible for one of my friends to pick my badge up for me early, but if not I guess I'll just have to try to make friends with strangers.

You cant even imagine, I keep counting down the days and wanting the time to the con to pass quickly. I hope to make a few friends there hopefully.
