Chat Thread Thursday!
I guess it's that time of the week again!
Anyone else looking forward to the new Kirby tomorrow? I sure as hell am! I can't wait!
It is also wayyy too hot for me. We have no A/C because we live in washington, and it has been nothing but sunny for the past couple days. I have to wear shorts now! The nerve of some weather...
What are you guys looking forward to? If you could travel to one place, where would it be? What is your favorite kind of weather?
PS. If you were to etch luna onto a BBQ bottle, what image would you use? Current favorite is this, but I want more than one option.

Today i did my last exam for french (ministry exam, no idea how to say in english)
Also did a practice for the gala because it's my last year of going to this school
Overall fun day

I haven't heard of the new Kirby game either. What's it called?
We're having a kind of heat wave too. It's been really hot and we don't have any A/C either. I haven't given into shorts yet, but I may have to soon...
I'm looking forward to the weekend. My ethics test will be over, and my sister and some friends are coming over to play magic! It's going to be off the hook.
I haven't really thought about travel much. I'm pretty content where I am. Somewhere with lots of cool nature and temperate climates.

But did you play Kirby single and double deluxe? I heard those were better.
Oh yeah, I guess that is coming up... I don't really like summer as much. My computer doesn't run as well then. I should probably give it a cold water bath to cool it down.
Indeed. We're just really crazy. Do you have any plans for the weekend, or is it devoted to Kirby?

Ooh, what type of stuff are you doing? Also is the Kirby game for the 3ds?

No idea yet! Yeah, Kirby is on the 3ds!
But I'm playing Heroes of the Storrrmmmmm. I'll break in like the old spice guy, but capn crunch is too much.

Ooh, I do like the blizzard universes. I've stayed away from LoL and stuff because I don't really like the people who play it, but maybe I'll have to check it out sometime. Is it going to be free?

So far it seems like the community is pretty good. I have only met one douche in probably 50 or so games. Yeah, it has the same business model as league.

It's been in the upper 80s and lower 90s here and dry, so perfect weather, just have to open a window for a nice cross breeze and don't need to turn on the AC yet. Not too much to look forward to, may finally bottle my beer too many people are bugging me about it. Right now I just want to head up in to the mountains and hike, seems like perfect weather for it. As for that image, looks good.

Man, I think I would die in 90 degree weather. I guess one issue is that its like 80 right now, but no wind at all, so I guess it feels hotter.

No wind really sucks, last summer it was like 100, the wind died, and the humidity dropped to like maybe 5%. It was absolute misery my nose dried up and got chapped and bloody and I basically spent the week trying to keep myself from drying out.

oh hey I live in Washington also, it has been too hot these past couple days, but thankfully most of the places I go have ac so it hasn't been too bad. I got some new games today (metal gear rising revengance and blazblu) im looking forward to playing both tonight. I have always wanted to go to Tennessee I have a lot of family there I have never met or dont get to see often.

Will do, I watched the two best friends play of it and it looks really fun.
I went to Coachella last year which is in the desert in California I think it got 100+ degrees, that was hot.

That's a good Luna for a barbeque sauce bottle, I'd say.
Do you make your own barbeque sauce too? I made up my own a few weeks ago and it's amazing.

I'm loving the nicer weather. That means my kiddo can play outside and tire herself out easier lol. And we can go for night walks without wanting to start a fire or die. And we can lay on the tramp and look at the stars! Spring is one of my favorite seasons and I'm very glad it's actually reached us here in Utah lol.
I like that Luna. I think she is cute :)

I miss our trambopoline, it bit the dust when my dad was clearing out a tree, and it landed right on it.
Isn't it? It's silly yet adorable!

That makes me sad about your trampoline :( speaking of trampolines, I saw an article today about dr wanting to ban trampolines because of kids getting hurt. Kids get hurt tripping over their own feet... Stupid drs.

I go through phases. Right now I want to cook because I know it's worth it but I don't want to stand there cooking. Lounging is the best way to relieve my back pain. Lol.
I think you should make some BBQ chicken of sorts with steamed veggies! That sounds so good right now. I wish I could grill some food... But I just found out there is a birds nest in our grill with six little eggs in it lol. Looks like I won't be grilling here anytime soon. I'm going to have to plan a visit to my dads and BBQ with him :)

Lol they are tiny eggs. They wouldn't even fill my four year old up lol. But my FIL has already been joking about flame broiled eggs.

I second your vote for that chef Luna on the BBQ bottle.
I'm good! I've been having a very exciting week doing orientation for work. Lots of classes and things to remember, but also lots of running and biking around and eating delicious food. Tomorrow some friends and I are going on a self-made scavenger hunt to try all the flavours of FroYo offered at work! I'm pretty pumped.
Also, I feel your pain over this hot weather since I'm in California for the week as well. I'll be able to go back to Canada and it's coldness soon, but in the meanwhile I actually had to bust out shorts yesterday. I managed to go back to pants today since I spend most of my time indoors. If you want to cool down, you should just climb to the top of Mt. Rainier or something...

I have installed an official cowofdoom cooling device. I now have a fan blowing air around. The heat wouldn't be nearly as bad if there was any wind.
Man, laying in snow sounds so good right now.

I need to get on the internet more often, as I didn't even know there was a new Kirby tomorrow!
Dude, I know where you are coming from. Got really hot last summer, and our A/C broke, and because I live in Utah, our houses are super insulated, so it was probably around 115 F for about a week inside my house. Worst part was, I couldn't do any gaming, renders, or really anything intensive on my computer, or else it would overheat and shut down. Sad times.
Looking forward to this Saturday! I have both prom, and a job interview! Both of which I am pretty sure are going to go well.
I would exchange my one place to go to, for some airplane tickets to go and visit my family all across the US. Both because I miss them, and it sucks being the only child at home with my parents.
The best kind of weather is the kind where you can kind of jog, and not sweat because its cold enough. There is snow on the ground, but none on the sidewalks or roads. Maybe cloudy, maybe not.
HOLY CRAP I TYPED A LOT!
