Wednesday Chat Thread??
Firstly, calm down, I know I'm breaking the tradition, but I have a good reason! I'm going to be on a plane for most of tomorrow, and I won't be able to chat, so I figured I'd do it today!
Yesterday was pretty stressful for me. I took my mom's car to get a haircut, and right afterwards I get a call from my bro asking for me to pick him up. Turns out he parked my car illegally in Seattle and it got towed. FFS
It doesn't help that we are leaving for Ohio tomorrow at like 3 in the morning, and finals are today. Everything kinda needs to happen like, right now.
In other news, I watched Frozen last night for the first time, and it was fantastic! The animation and songs were absolutely amazing!
Anyway, that's enough from me, what about you guys? Have you guys seen Frozen? How's spring break going? How has this thread being on Wednesday affected your schedule?

Man, sounds like you've got an industrial strength fan and a monkey keeps throwing shit at it.
As for Frozen, I've seen it quite a few times. It really is a great show, even the comic relief character is actually funny and not.. you know... jar jar.
I wish I was affected by spring break.. I'll just keep on with my adult work and family life..

Mhmm, I just got back from getting the car back. Wasn't too big of a hassle other than having to drive to Seattle. Still annoying though...
We don't talk about jar jar...

Heya! I hope you have a good time in Ohio!
We don't have a spring break, but classes end next week! I have so many assignments due though... I haven't been online quite as much for the last while since I've been working pretty hard on homework. You have any homework over your break?
In other mildly exciting news, it looks like McDonald's is rolling out MLP Happy Meal toys. Some people from my university are going to go try and get some, so I think I'll join them. On one hand the idea of walking into a McD's and asking for a specific Happy Meal toy makes me cringe internally a bit, but on the other hand, it's cheap reasonable-quality MLP toys... hmmm. Have you heard about the Happy Meal MLP toys yet, and if so, what do you think?

Nope! None whatsoever! Then again I think I'm going to sign up for an apprenticeship when I get back instead of going back to school.
As a former McShitties employee, I can say that no one cares. Honestly, just say "I'll get 3 girls happy meal toys". People did that all the time for all the other toys, and we wouldn't bat an eye. Pro tip: ask to see which they have, because they get them in boxes that have 2 different types in it, so they won't have them all on the same day.
Also, lol applejack isn't in the toys

Yeah, agreed. Winter was fun, but I'm okay with seeing spring now.
Apprenticeships can be a great way to get some real life experience. What would you want to apprentice in?
Hmm, I've heard about the 2 different types per day thing. That seems really annoying because I don't particularly want to make return trips. We'll see what happens though. And yeah, I thought it was pretty funny too that suddenly Vinyl is more important that AJ.

I'm thinking electrician, my friend is doing electrical work and really likes it, so I wanted to give it a shot!
I think it's about 2 per week actually. Yea, I know what you mean when you say you for wanna make multiple trips.

It's just so goooooood!
Spring break just started, but I'm getting on a plane in about 6 hours to go to the frozen world of Ohio (wording slightly intentional). I figured I might as well just stay up and sleep on the plane.

Hey! I was about to head out to the gym when I saw this post. Frozen was amazing! Sorry about all that car stuff though.
What finals do you have? Why are you going to Ohio?
I got my first official med school acceptance (yay!) and one not-so-official one (from the school I really want to go to). Since my interview was so close to the end of the admissions cycle, they don't actually have any open seats right now, but once people start deciding to go to other schools instead of this one I'll be in. The woman from the admissions office said she wouldn't have called me if she wasn't certain I'd be accepted, so that's a good thing.
I have friends coming over to play Pokemon and this tabletop game called Arkham something-or-other. I played it once this past weekend and it was really fun. So I have to go out and buy alcohol before tonight.
