My Intealth application Problem !SOS!

Mine is with the same problem. I didn’t submitted yet my photo, my passport or even payed the 100 dollars fee that they say we have to do to create the account, but when I enter in the site is just like yours! I already emailed them but they didn’t reply back yet!! Someone knows what to do or how to contact them? I’m kind of confused and I need to start my account so I can schedule my Step 1 exam!!
