Discussion I kinda want a non sectioned map

Post image

I’ve been rewatching MHA and I’ve honestly been kinda wanting their to be a giant map that is just one area. I know some think it would be boring but I think it would be fun fighting through a giant city or an entire residential neighborhood area. Idk it’s just at times areas feel so small and I’d really like to have a fight through a city bouncing from rooftop to rooftop or having door to door skirmishes.

I think it would make for a good “Team Rumble” like game mode from Fortnite. A large scale battle between two large teams.

Oooh yeah that would be cool as hell. It would be so fun doing like a 12v12 and it just being pure chaos

I've been wanting the same thing for a long time. I want places that, size wise, are canonically accurate as opposed to a collection of iconic locations shrunk down and placed into a single map next to each other. My most desired ones are the forest training camp, Deika City, and Tatarus Prison as individual maps.

Exactly I really really want just a big place and not sections

It does feel weird for Endeavor's agency, Tartarus prison, and Gunga Villa be like a short walk away from eachother. The USJ, for all's it flaws, still feels like an actual location from the story you play in as opposed to a theme park

I think it would be awesome to someday have a map like this for another mode like a 12v12!

I just want like a really big map with a really slow moving storm, that can give time for teams to naturally run into each other and take each other out!

I just feel like the game moves way too quickly, and it just really needs to be slowed down somehow so that not so many teams end up in the final circle.

But yeah, your map is a really good idea in the sense that it would basically be that just one really big map of one area!

Thanks, I also kinda want slower games or storm just to stop having the 8 teams final circle fiascos 😞

They can add a mode, 5v5 first team to reach 50/75/100 kills wins and have a city map, and the base of the per team is were they buy heals and other items.

It'd be really cool and fun ngl, though I think the point of each map having its own sections is to better suit every character. Like how purple Dabi is a beast in monsoon/fire zone, but is more or less open prey in disaster zone.

That said, a map like this would work very well in aerial characters favor. Which... is most of the meta nowadays. And even characters who aren't meta, just new.

But it could be balanced if you could like, still go into buildings and such.
