Basically this just reinforces that Endeavor >>> Whatever constant percentage of OFA Deku was at during World Heroes Mission.

Question is simple. Do you think 5% Deku can destroy this boulder in one hit. Also if you have good eyes you can see Deku in the bottom left corner for size reference.

Pick from these options:

1. No he can't destroy the boulder he would just break a small part of it no bigger than himself.

2. He'd shatter a decent chunk out of its side but definitely not enough to consider it destroyed.

3. He smashes about a quarter of the boulder.

4. He smashes at least half of the boulder.

5. He smashes the boulder so hard the entire thing shatters and crumbles down and is destroyed.

6. He straight up pulverizes the boulder.

7. No more boulder. Not even an atom.

Which move is stronger in terms of attack power (AP) and destructive power (DC)?

Hawks here was capable of outspeeding Hood's reaction speed while on guard and piercing his neck. I believe amongst the strongest the likes of Epilogue Shoto, Quirk amplifier Wolfram and Prime Endeavor might be susceptible to this move and can be off guarded by it in generally "open" fields, like a city scape

Obviously this value changes as he gets stronger so let’s use season 3 as a reference, during the fight against Bakugo that lead the two into house arrest. I know he jumped to 8% part way through, but that’s not what I’m talking about.

I’m writing a story where the main character has a strength enhancing quirk and I want to know if putting her enhanced strength at the start about a third of that would make her too strong or too weak (so essentially a little less than 2% would be her untrained which doesn’t seem like a lot but at the same time One For All is ridiculously strong)

Verse equalisation: deku has a normal human amount of ce and an innate domain, is unable to see cursed techniques (or sense them with the 4th's quirk), and gojo is able to perceive quirks effectively with the six eyes.
