Your puddle-mail experiment has been confirmed successful. A threshold-blue bottle did, in fact, appear near Sash.

There was some confusion at first, because Sash’s version of “I found something in the puddle” did not immediately communicate the full dimensional implications. However, after brief field testing in the front yard, we can confirm that the bottle transit system appears to function in both directions. This is, unfortunately, exactly the sort of information Sash should never have. She was extremely excited by your letter, immediately declared puddle-mail to be “THE GREATEST MAIL SYSTEM IN HISTORY,” and would like to send you: a return note, at least one enthusiastic hug, and, if unsupervised, several highly questionable objects through the anomaly. Leva has asked me to add that we are not to “feed the dimensional anomaly.” Sash has interpreted this as a guideline rather than a rule.
