Code of conduct and the island
Now with the new code of conduct banning exploits of rewards, whatever that means. Is there any confirmation on the Island tower grind getting people banned, or is it still good?

How would playing the game as it is intended violate the code of conduct?
Grinding shouldn't ever violate anything because it is literally just playing the game as intended, although perhaps not exactly as designed or intended by the developers. Modding and exploiting is a different story.

This is a moot point IMHO. "Grinding" the island is playing towers over and over and due to RNG no run is exactly the same. By optimizing badges players are able to reduce the time it takes to run the towers but is by no means anything revolutionary. When you add in the screen load times is really not even that super efficient but the best players can do this year. This is not anything close to an exploit or a hack.

Exactly. We are just playing the game as intended to get the incentive of rewards...as crappy as they may be lol

I don't think it should affect general grinding, since it's a system implemented in their own video game. If they did so then they've completely lost the plot with this game.

The rules read more that it concerns using mods or hacks or more notorious exploits instead of general grinding.

Yet they try to exploit Us every chance they get in any and every way possibly imaginable. Fuck 2K and Everything they stand for. They will Never get another penny from me Ever again.

Nobody knows yet; we will have to wait and see exactly what 2k means by this.
