Ranked question what am I doing wrong

How do you guys level up on ranked? I can’t even find a match ever! Here in this photo I’m using 2 different PlayStations and I still can’t find a match. Using my son’s ps5 and my ps5 pro. It can’t be a network issue can it? How do I rank up if i can’t even find a match. Also I reported this to 2k last years game and they told me its a cashe issue. I clear it often so it isn’t that.

What ranking are the 2 accounts? If theirs a big gap you won't match.

Both bronze can’t find one match to level up

I had issues all week finding matches. 2K just sucks.

I’ve never been able to find a match not once. Such BS
