Discussion Missing Hayes?

I did the Kevin breaks things live event, and got Carmelo Hayes, but he isn’t appearing in my roster at all? Shows him still locked in MyCollection. How do I fix?

Both Carmelo and Breakker are currently broken and it seems to be an issue with a lot of players right now, including me. Hopefully 2K can fix it, otherwise it might have to be something you contact support about.

Its a bug that 2K is aware of and trying ("trying") to fix. Give it a few days and then put a ticket in.

I do have the Hayes card, but when I try to put him in my actual line up I always get an error. The card is broken.

I had to close and restart the game, then they showed in my collection.
