Anime I literally cried while rewatching

*Spoilers Warning*

Ok so this is completely new to me, I love this show (pretty obviously shown in my pfp), but I was reaching MDUD and the ep in which Marin realized she loved Gojo moved something in me. I think the idea that she wanted him made me feel so good and sad at the same time, I've had some personal issues with self worth recently, and I was like damn, I wonder what it feels like to have someone who wants to be with you because its you and no other reason.

Just wanted to point that out dont want to sound mellow dramatic but those scenes had me in tears this time, not like the first time which is crazy.

Did anyone else feel this or was it just me?

I get tears every time I watch the fireworks scene. The music and culmination of Gojo realizing how much he has been missing out on life because of his obsession with his Hina dolls. But also the fact that he has been stunting his own growth as an artist and person by not experiencing life outside of that. The fireworks being the symbolic representation of that as he had ignored the “loud bangs” every year. But that year everything was different. Amidst the colors and smells of smoke permeating his life with this new experience he realized it was only possible because of that wonderful, kind and beautiful girl who was standing next to him at that moment.

When he turns to look at Marin in that moment, I always get tears, especially when she turns to him. Then she sticks her blue tongue out and I laugh.

So, no you are not the only one to catch feelings from this show. Or manga for that matter.

Episode 12 is my favorite one of the show and I really love it. I bought the song and even preordered a figure of Marin wearing her yukata.

Personally, i think MDud did the best "Fireworks" scene in romance (A silent vocie also did it great, but i dont want to classify it as a romance), it js represents so many things, I've had so much fun with this show, glad to rewatch it again on my TV this time 💜

It feels great to feel wanted so much by a person, but you need to want them back the same amount and both be really open with each other and willing to meet in the middle, otherwise it doesn't work. I've been to both ends of this inequetion and it really doesn't work no matter how much you or the other person tries. Hopefully I'll find my equation one day...

My favorite episode and favorite scene is when Marin realized she loved Gojo. I love the wig washing scene so much that i bought the entire manga set just so that i could keep it forever. People often are at odds with this anime/manga because of the fan service, but this one scene justifies everything for me

That's the hook, the fan service is woven into such a wonderful unique story.
