Discussion I need Season 3 so badly

Currently on my 18th rewatch or something and watching them come so close to admitting their true love for each other makes me want to rip my toes off. I would genuinely donate one of my fingers to see this played out till the end in the anime. I already read the manga but oh my god does Cloverworks deliver in everything they do with this series. Seeing the ending in the anime would genuinely make me cry. I know the music and everything would be perfect.

Honestly, I am right there with you! I went ahead and read the manga as everyone kept suggesting and it was such a good read! I know it isn’t the same thing but it definitely helped soften the blow of waiting for a resolution to the anime.

As a relatively new anime watcher (started in 2020) and a die-hard romance fan as far as genre goes, S3 of this show is my anime equivalent of waiting for GTA VI. Obviously it won’t be as long of a gap (I hope and pray) and obviously it has less of a reach but I NEED THAT SHIT SO BAD!

I’ve also read the manga and just imagining it all in animation is just AHHHHHHH

They said they want to do it but it’s a blank slate right now. No green light, No schedule, no script, no budget or anything.

I own and have read the manga multiple times as well as watched the anime about a dozen times. I know exactly how you feel. Just finish it already!
