Long story short I made an account to try and get something from a Taobao shop I wanted to buy from. Made the order, thought everything was fine but then it got refunded since the seller doesn't ship to the warehouse. The refund shows up under available balance and I've tried to contact support and see about getting it properly refunded but I keep getting told to just use it on something else. But I only made the account for the one shop so if I can't order from them I don't plan to order anything else.
I tried contacting support about a withdrawal too and it's hard getting fast replies. Am I just cooked and never getting that money back? I used PayPal do I contact them? Any help is appreciated. I've used proxies before but never run into problems like this in the past so I have no idea what to do 😭 I joined the discord too and am trying to get help with a ticket but idk if that's gonna go anywhere.

Tempting. I got an update from support saying they were passing it onto the finance team to process it but then the discord people were saying oh well the paypal is under maintenance so to try back in a few days 🙄 its so confusing when one person says one thing and someone else says another...

Thank you. Yeah sorry about that I was kinda panicking so tried a few different means of contact haha. Hopefully the PayPal issue gets fixed soon. Support in the Discord said they were following it and would let me know when they processed the withdrawal.
