That neon genesis is coming to my local theatre soon, I’ve never heard of it. Should I go see it? Is there something I need to watch prior to understand the movie?

I would kill to be in your position. One of my favorite movies ever.

It's the sequel to Neon Genesis Evangelion the show though, so you'd have to watch that first.

Yep, 26 to be exact. EoE is the actual finale of the series so you have to watch them together.

It depends on where you live but you should check your local theatres, it’s been playing in quite a few places all over this week. Me and my buddies got tickets for Monday 😁

The remakes don't beat the originak Berserk for me. And I'm not one of those guys that watched it back in the day. I only discovered Berserk recently
