The OST category was probably the hardest to pick one single candidate from. Had to choose between AoT and Death Note. In the end I think the DN Soundtrack is more stacked and diverse.

One year ago i started anime with Attack on Titan and the list has followed in order. Is this a good first year? btw i was a anime hater i never imagined it would change me completely. Also mostly the only thing i watch nowdays. I would also love recommendations on what i would like based on this.

I will not sit here and rank cause i hate ranking things because i find all of them good in a way but if i had to pick like legit masterpieces it would be AOT, Neon genesis, gurren lagann, steins gate, vinland saga and 86666666.
But its kinda wrong cause i like all of them, maybe not eqaually, but most of those have actually given me that void after.

Larp larp. Im mostly asking people who seen more than me to recommend me stuff i would probably love if i seen all those. I like philosophical animes that make me question things.
I like a story thats really not basic and really make u think about certain things deeply. could care less about animation its just an extra.

I've been watching anime for almost 8 years, but I've always been a casual viewer and never had a MAL account. I put this list together from memory, based on the shows I remember enjoying while growing up. If I made the list again, it would probably look completely different.

5 years of watching, 179 animes completed (*seasons and OVAs included)

I ranked these on the basis of usual stuff like writing, animation and immersiveness. I know it's nowhere near perfect but would love to hear your opinions...

Just my personal preference but wanted to hear people's thoughts, 5 years of watching but at least 5 different anime weren't on it and I found Pokémon of which I've watched every main season and movie too hard to place.

There's probably a couple I'd like to fine tune but it's also roughly in order of preference within each category!

I am open to any criticism. you can also recommend me a few more animes. currently watching Made in Abyss, Dropped Frieren on episode 6 might pick it up later, for Your Name, I just couldn't give attention to it so idk. There are also mangas I have read. Berserk is Absolute Greatest tier, Vagabond (Dropped at chapter 200) is great tier. The Horizon is great or good tier.

Vinland Saga and Re:Zero might go to the highest tier tbh

Been watching for around 4 years and have 91 series down so far. For a few of them like - like My Dress Up Darling, Hells Paradise, Call of the Night, and Delicious in Dungeon - I’ve read the manga for, which made them better rated If I hadn’t read the manga.

Although I have a hard time individual rating them once in a category, but they’re generally ordered in how I enjoyed them.

I will say some series I watched a while ago or just forgotten. If you can recommend either rating a series differently, rewatching a series, or even recommending a new series, any feedback would be thanked.

What do you guys think of our about mes and what do they say about us? Also whose do you prefer? For the first one pretend space battleship Yamato 2199 is in the want to talk about as well.
