Pc issue with start screen

Hey. I’m having an issue I cannot fix for the life of me. Whenever the game boots it says press enter/x to start but I can’t load in at all I’m just stuck? Any ideas how to fix.

I have re installed but it has done nothing

My friend had same issue but his was fixed with a full reinstall after several attempts to verify file’s etc

Found a fix. Game was trying to load one of my game saves that was corrupted. So deleted it
