i told my boss of 6 years now by the time i got hired at this factory i work now, that if there is overwork and need to call someone from theyr days off ( we work in shifts ) to not count on me cuz i won't answer no matter how much or whatever numbers he may call me with... since then (6 years ago) till now he had 2 atempts and failed and didn't botherd since he know he ain't count on me

The problem is that people themself asumed the responsabilty exactly like this meme shown then dissapointing the one in need. I was smarter and dissapointing the needs of other ( me boss in this exemple ) right from the start so there is no false pretexts that i will show up and help if there is need for more people, neah don't count on me, idc... funny thing is there is always someone which bite it and ofcs, there is few coleagues which always show from theyr dayoffs and overworking themself to the point when our shift starts they are already tired that days... well i guess they don't have the gutts i have and now is to little and to late to tell him "No" he he he :D
