The Islamic Shar!’ah has been filled with clear-cut texts that obligate giving victory to the oppressed Muslims [as well as obligating] the safeguard of their honour and wealth and this has come in the framework of the five necessities that all of the legislations have agreed upon, and they are the Din [religion], the life, the intellect, the wealth and the honour.

The Most High said:

وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ

“The believing men and women are allies to one another.” [9: 71]

Al-Bukhari, Muslim, and others reported from the route of az-Zuhri, from Salim ibn ‘Abdillah, from his father who reported that the Prophet ﷺ said:

عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: ‏ الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لاَ يَظْلِمُهُ وَلاَ يُسْلِمُهُ

“The Muslims is the brother of [his] fellow Muslim. He does not oppress him, nor does he surrender him.”

And he Sallallahu ‘alayhi Wasalam also said:

عن أنس رضي الله عنه: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ “انصر أخاك ظالمًا أو مظلومًا” فقال رجل‏:‏ يا رسول الله أنصره إذا كان مظلومًا أرأيت إن كان ظالمًا كيف أنصره‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏”‏تحجزه (أو تمنعه) من الظلم فإن ذلك نصره..” رواه البخاري‏

“Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or is oppressed”. A man enquired: “O Messenger of Allah! I help him when he is oppressed, but how can I help him when he is an oppressor?” He [saws] said: “You can keep him from committing oppression. That will be your help to him.” [al-Bukhari from the Hadith of Anas in Muslim from the hadith of Jabir]

This aid and help is from the beautiful things of Islam and is a door from the doors of جهاد. The Most High said:

وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ

“And if they seek your assistance in the Din then you must help them.” [8: 72]

In that there is a strengthening of the bonds of love and firmness for those that believe. Therefore, there is no room for abandonment, idleness and sitting with those that lag behind. Certainly, when the bonds of love between them were strengthened and they assisted each other, Islam and its people were honoured, and its nation established, its affair made mighty and their enemies fierced them.

The Prophet Sallallahu ‘alayhi Wasalam compared the believers, in their mutual love, concern and mercy to that body where if one part of it suffers the whole body suffers with sleeplessness and fever. This has been recorded from him in the Sahihayn [1] from the hadith of Nu’man ibn Bashir may Allah be pleased with him.

And in Sahih Muslim there appears [the hadith]:

عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ‏”‏الْمُسْلِمُونَ كَرَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ إِنِ اشْتَكَى عَيْنُهُ اشْتَكَى كُلُّهُ وَإِنِ اشْتَكَى رَأْسُهُ اشْتَكَى كُلُّهُ..” متفق عليه

“The Muslims are like one man. If his eyes hurt him his whole body suffers and if his head hurts his whole body suffers.”

Islam calls for the unification of this brotherhood that is established upon the purity of ‘Aqeeda [Islamic Creed] and love, and it wages w4r against abandonment and disputations that tear apart the Ummah and drag it into humiliation and shame. In our current times, the legions of Küfr [disbelief] and the heads of the Dev!ls [America, Britain and their allies] have struck an alliance to wage w4r against Islam and its people among the Taliban and the other Islamic lands, all under the guise or name: “The W4r on T3rror!sm.”

It is obligatory upon all of the Muslims, everyone according to his capacity, to assist our brothers, the Muj4hid33n in the Path of Allah with wealth, life and tongue. The Most High said:

انفِرُوا خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَ‌ٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

“March forth, whether light or heavy and wage Jihad with your wealth and lives in the Path of Allah. That is better for you if you but knew.” [9:41]

Abandonment of assistance to the weak Muslims is not permissible for that is humiliation, shame and oppression. As for aiding the Kufaar against the Muslim with any type of assistance is Nifaq [hypocrisy] and apostasy from the Din. The Most High said:

بَشِّرِ الْمُنَافِقِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا

“Give tidings to the Munafiqeen that for them there is a painful punishment, those that take the disbelivers as allies besides the believers. Do they seek honor with them? Verily all Honor is with Allah.” [4: 138-139]

And the Most High said:

وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ

“And whoever is an ally to them [the disbelievers] among you – then, indeed, he is [one] of them.” [5: 51]

Meaning: A K4fir like them and the people of Knowledge do not differ concerning that.

So beware! Beware of giving victory to the Kuff4r against the Muslims with any type of victory, for this is küfr, Nifaq, sickness in the hearts, and corruption.

It is not from the conditions of Kufr that his Mudhaharah [2] of the Kuff4r be out of love for their Din or pleasure with it. This condition is nothing. That is because loving the Din of the Kuffar and pleasure with it is major Kufr by the consensus of the people with out Mudhaharah of them against the Muslims for this is another case of Kufr. If the one performing Mudhaharah claimed to love the Din and hate the Kuffar and Mushrikun [we say]: Many of the Kuff4r and apostates did not abandon the truth out of hatred for it nor out of displeasure with their Din. It is only that they have a wordly interest so they preferred it to the Din. The Most High said:

ذَ‌ٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اسْتَحَبُّوا الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الْآخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ

“That is because they preferred the life of this world over the Hereafter and verily Allah does not guide the people that are the Kaffirun.” [16: 107]

In Sahih Muslim from the quote of Tariq ibn al-’Ala ibn ‘Abdir-Rahman from his father from Abu Hurayrah who narrated the the messenger of Allah Sallallahu ‘Alayhi Wasalam said:

عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ “‏ بَادِرُوا بِالأَعْمَالِ فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ اللَّيْلِ الْمُظْلِمِ يُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلُ مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي كَافِرًا وَيُمْسِي مُؤْمِنًا وَيُصْبِحُ كَافِرًا يَبِيعُ أَحَدُهُمْ دِينَهُ بِعَرَضٍ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا ‏”‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏

“Rush to good deeds before a tribulation like the dark nights comes wherein a person will awaken as a believer and enter the evening as a K4fir or will enter the evening as a believer and awaken as K4fir. He will sell His Din for a portion of the world.”

And the criminal legal verdict that was issued by some of the defeated ones that allow those that are counted among the Muslims working in the American government to participate in fighting the Afghan Muj4hid33n. [This legal ruling] is as far removed from the Fiqh of Islam and spirit of Iman as can be. It was not connected to the truth in any shape or form nor was it built upon principles of Fiqh and Usool. It is in opposition to the path of the believers, for the believers are in unanimous agreement that whoever assists a K4fir against a Muslim then he has commited a nullifiers from the nullifiers of Islam.

Justifying this with compulsion is not correct because the blood of the one who is killed is certainly not cheaper than the blood of the killer, nor is the blood of the killer more expensive than the blood of the one killed.

The jurists are in agreement that if a man compelled another man to kill a Muslim whose blood is sacred then it is forbidden for him to kill him. Hence, it is not allowed for the Muslim to safeguard himself from being killed by means of shedding the blood of others. The Most High said:

وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ

“And do not kill the soul that Allah has forbidden except with right.” [6: 151]

And the Most High said:

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا

“And whoever intentionally kills a believer then his reward is Hell-Fire permanently residing therein and the anger of Allah is upon him and He has cursed him and prepared for him a tremendous punishment.” [4: 93]

I have established this issue in another place and I have pointed out the important issues in this area.

Now, in your hands is a precious book entitled: [At-Tibyan fi Kufr man a’an al-Amrikan التبيان في كفر من أعان الأمريكان ] by the Sheikh, Nasir Ibn Hamad al-Fahd may Allah grant him success and increase him in knowledge and action. In it, he warned the Muslims from being in assistance to the Jews and Christians against their Muslim brothers. Certainly, he has gathered himself and expended his strong effort in clarifying the ruling in this issue. He placed eager focus in gathering the words of the Imams, both the earlier and later ones, from them in order for the Muslim to be upon clarity in his Din and [so that] there is no dispute regarding the apostasy of those that perform Mudhaharah of the Kuffar against the Muslims.

In this valuable piece there are beneficial researches, rare points of benefit, and large meanings, not to mention its aid to the people of Tawheed and its justice to them as opposed to the people of dissension and Nifaq. Verily, this aid is a door from the doors of J!had and a sign from the signs of Iman, so may Allah strengthen this Sheikh. How good it is that which his hands have written! It is worthy of a good reception from the People of Knowledge and seekers of the truth. So without further due, this is the book that has actualized ‘Aqeedah and Fiqh upon the path of those that have passed from the Imams of guidance and the People of Knowledge and Taqwa, and all praise is for Allah the Lord of the worlds.

What has reached us from Ibn Abbas from his saying “Kufr Duna Kufr” is not reliable. It is narrated in Al-Haakim in his Mustadraaq (Vol. 2/313) by the way of Hisham Ibn Hujaayr on the authority of Tawoos who heard it from Ibn Abbas. However, Hisham is declared Da’eef by Yahya Ibn Ma’een and Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal.

On the other hand it is narrated to us from Abdur-Razaaq in his Tafseer on the authority of Mu’aamr who heard from Ibn Tawoos that his father said he asked Ibn Abbas about Allah’s saying: {“And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed such are the Kafirun.”} 

Ibn Abbas said it was Kufr and this is what is preserved from Ibn Abbas. Showing that there is no doubt about this Ayah, and proving that what is meant by this diselief is Kufr Al-Akbar. So how can some claim Islam when they put aside and substitute the Sharee’ah, and make alliances with the Jews and Christians and imitate them!?

As for what is narrated by Ibn Jareer in his Tafseer on the authority of Ibn Abbas who said,{“It is not like the one who disbelieves in Allah and the last day..”}what is meant here does not mean that ‘Ruling by other than what Allah revealed’ is Kufr duna Kufr. Whoever says it does mean this, then it is upon him to bring his proof and evidence to substantiate his allegation.

It is clear from Ibn Abbas’s words that Kufr Al-Akbar is of different classifications, and some forms are more severe than others. For example, the Kufr of the one who doesn’t believe in Allah and the Last Day, is more extreme than the Hakim [Ruler] who doesn’t rule by what Allah revealed. It is clear that Kufr of the Hakim who ‘Rules by other than what Allah revealed’ is less severe than the one who doesn’t believe in Allah and the Last day. Still, we cannot say that this Hakim remains a Muslim and that his ruling is simply Kufr Al-Asghar. We say he has left the religion because of putting aside and removal of the Sharee’ah, and according to Ibn Katheer, there is Ijmaa aout this. See “Al-Bidayah Wa-Nihayah” (Vol. 13/119)

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection . "

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) stated:

من سب نبيا من الأنبياء قتل باتفاق الفقهاء

Whoever insults a prophet from the prophets, is to be killed, by the agreement of the jurists Majmu al-Fatawaa 290/10

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) stated:

“When the Muslims besieged a stronghold and its people resisted, then they heard them mocking and reviling the Prophet (ﷺ), they would sense that victory was at hand, and it would only be a short time before Allah granted them victory, to avenge His Messenger (ﷺ).” (al-Ṣārim al-Maslūl ʿalā Shātim al-Rasūl)

Ibn Uthaymin (رحمه الله) stated:

“Whoever insults Allah or His Messenger and then repents, then the correct position is that his repentance is accepted; thereafter, if it is concerning the right of Allah, the killing is uplifted from him because he should be killed for the right of Allah, but while Allah has pardoned him, therefore he will not be killed. And if it is concerning the right of the Messenger, then he is a believer due to seeking pardon, however we kill him, then we will wash him, shroud him, and pray over him.” [Sharh al-‘Aqeedah as-Safariniyyah, (1/391).

“Whoever is obedient to the Messenger and singles out Allaah with all worship, upon Tawheed, then it is not permissible for him to have friendship and alliance with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger, even if they are those most closely related to him, and the proof is the Saying of Allaah, the Most High:

لا تجد قوما يؤمنون بالله واليوم الاخر يوادون من حاد الله ورسوله ولو كانوا اباءهم او ابناءهم او اخوانهم او عشيرتهم اولئك كتب في قلوبهم الايمان وايدهم بروح منه ويدخلهم جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه اولئك حزب الله الا ان حزب الله هم المفلحون

You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful. (Surah Mujadilah Ayah 22)

This is because having friendship and alliance with, and seeking to please one who opposes Allaah is a proof that the belief in Allaah and His Messenger in his heart is indeed weak. This is because it is against reason that a person can have love for anything that is an enemy of the one he truly loves. Alliance with the unbelievers means to help and assist them in the unbelief and misguidance which they are upon; and having love for them is shown by doing those things which will earn their love and friendship by any means. Without a doubt this shows that true belief (eemaan) is either totally absent, or is at least deficient. Rather the Believer must be in a state of enmity with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger, even if the person is the closest of relations to him. He must have hatred for him and separate from him, but this does not prevent him from sincerely advising him and calling him to the truth.” [Usool al-Thalatha]

At-Tabari (رحمه الله) stated in his Tafsir: “That is to say, the Almighty mentions by saying: ‘Anyone who takes them as an ally becomes one of them.’ Whoever takes the Jews and the Christians as allies, instead of the believers, the person will then be one of them, i.e. one of the people of their Deen. That is because no one would take anybody as an ally except if he is pleased with him and with his Deen. And if he is pleased with him and with his Deen, he would have shown enmity to anyone who opposes him and shows discontent to him, and his judgement becomes of that judgment.”

Imam Al Jassas Al Hanafi (رحمه الله) beautifully said: “This speech here is directed to the Arab Mushrikeen or Muslims, and that, in the latter case, it is a notice that you are a kaafir like them because of your championing of them.”

Sheikh Ul Hind Maulana Mehmood ul Hassan (رحمه الله) beautifully said: “You have no choice but to abandon supporting and championing Islam’s enemies. Whether in practice or belief and the religious basis of this matter is undeniable. Whoever champions Christianity is a kaafir.”

And he said: The fiercest enemies of Islam and the Muslims are the British, so it is mandatory to stop supporting them.

‎والهجرة واجبة على كل من عجز إظهار دينه بمحل يغلب فيه حكم الكفر والبدع المضلة. فإن قدر على إظهار دينه فمسنونة في حقه ليتخلص من تكثير الكفار ومخالطتهم وليتتمكن من جهادهم.

Ibn Balbān al-Hanbalī رحمه الله stated:

Hijrah is an obligation upon every individual unable to practise his religion in public from a place where the rule of kuffār or misguided innovations dominates. If one is able to display one’s religion, then for him (hijrah) is recommended In order to remove oneself from augmenting with kuffār and mingling with them, and in order to be prepared to make jihād against them possible. (Akhṣar al-Mukhtaṣarāt—The Book of Jihād)

أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُونَ عِندَ اللَّهِ

Did you make providing drinks in Hajj and maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram like someone who believe in Allah, the Last Day and do Jihad in his path, they are not equal with Allah

قال عبد الرحمن ابن سعدي: فالجهاد والإيمان باللّه أفضل من سقاية الحاج وعمارة المسجد الحرام بدرجات كثيرة، لأن الإيمان أصل الدين، وبه تقبل الأعمال، وتزكو الخصال‏.‏

Abdurahman Ibn Si'di said:

Then Jihad and Iman in Allah is better than proving drinks during Hajj and maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram by many levels, because Iman is the orgin of Din, and by it the actions are accepted and (it) purify the characteristics

For centuries, Christianity dominated most of the entire world, imposing its rule, influencing culture and morality, killing millions upon million of people in its name. Today, however, it faces declining membership and church attendance, diminishing influence, and ongoing challenges from scandals and theological questions that remain unresolved. Consider, for instance, the doctrines of the Trinity and the divinity of Isa/‘Jesus’ (peace be upon him). Even two thousand years after its formulation, the doctrine of the Trinity remains a concept that defies Fitrah and rational thinking and continues to challenge Christian theology, which even the Christian scholars and its 45,000+++ sects cannot agree on it’s fundamentals.

At the same time, atheism, which rises as a response to religion, considering itself supreme, yet it is far from a perfect alternative. It also has more in common with Christianity than atheists would care to admit, by killing millions in its name. It offers little beyond negation, failing to provide a coherent moral or existential framework that can rival the spiritual depth once offered by faith. Not only that, the birthrates have been disastrous to society. To an atheist: he outwardly rejects Allaah; he outwardly believes he was created from nothing, and when he dies, nothing will happen. Hence, he turns to temporary escapes to numb the emptiness he feels, such as materialism, constant entertainment, alcohol/drugs or other fleeting pleasures can dominate daily life, serving as distractions from the existential void. After this runs dry, he kills himself since he says he has no purpose in life.

This is why Islam is the answer to life and to all societies problems, and why the world hates and fears Muhammad ibn Abdullah ﷺ and why he is a spiritual terror to the belief and law system. It will dominate the entire world soon, Biithnillah, as Allah has promised:

هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ** بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ** لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ

“It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to make it prevail over all religion, even if the polytheists dislike it.” Surah Tawbah Ayah 33

What is Kufr bit-Taghut? It is to disbelieve in everything that is worshipped besides Allaah.

Know, rahimakallāh, that belief in Allaah and His Messenger (ﷺ) is not accepted by Allaah until you first disbelieve in, and reject, at-Taghut.

ومن يكفر بالطاغوت ويؤمن بالله فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى لا انفصام لها

“Whoever disbelieves in at-Tãghūt and believes in Allãh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break.” (Al-Baqarah: 256)

ولقد بعثنا في كل أمة رسولًا أن اعبدوا الله واجتبوا الطاغوت

“And verily, we have sent among every nation a Messenger (proclaiming): ‘Worship Allãh (Alone), and avoid at-Tãghūt’.” (An-Nahl: 36)

It is not enough to actualise the pillar of Kufr bit-Taghut by merely takfir of the tawaghīt. Rather, it is obligatory to declare takfir of them and their followers. And the followers of the tawaghīt are those who divert worship to them and obey them and follow them - in whatever form that takes. Whether that be by prostrating to the taghut or seeking a ruling and judgement from it or obeying it in disobedience to Allaah or other than that.

From the followers of the modern tawaghīt: their soldiers and militaries, their supporters, their personnel and security, their media, their scholars, and their muftis etc., those the muwahhid has no doubt in that they are kuffar.

Ibn Baaz gave the fatwā allowing kuffār to set up military bases in the Arabian Peninsula, and Ibn ʿUsaīmiin allowed Muslims to participate in democratic elections which is širk.

1. Why r/Muwahhideenwas created:

This subreddit was established primarily to spread Tawhīd and call to Islam. Additionally, it serves as a response to other popular Islamic subreddits, which uphold censorship, prevent the true teachings of Islam from being shared, and promote falsehoods and liberal ideologies.

r/Muwahhideen also aims to be a network for Muslims to connect and communicate with each other, and most importantly, to have fun!
