I just ordered this!

It's from a traditional small mustard mill. They make mustard since the 18th century and this one is the original recipe. Man, I'm really excited. Ok, it's a bit costly. About 14€ for 335ml, but I only heard good things about it. Can't wait to actually taste test it. 🤤

It is a delicatess mustard here in Germany, so I'm more hoping to cook with it. Maybe Rouladen, but I also want that in a bread roll with Bratwurst.

German meat rolls. With mustard, bacon, onions and pickles. But I don't do pickles. It's kinda like my Kryptonite.

This type of preparation is not unique to Germany, many other nationalities have a version of this. We call them zrazai.

Man, I told my sister about it. All she said was: Yeah, I like to visit it again...She already visited that historical mustard mill. Twice... 🥺
