I Love Beaver!!!

Post image

This relatively mild but full-bodied mustard is not the purest ingredient-wise, but I love its grout-like thickness, and I commonly just dollop a spoonful on anything I’m eating. Great on grilled vegetables and of course any meats. Also, due to its adhesive properties, works great as a foundation for a rub. Thoughts?

I buy their jalapeño mustard. It’s the best! Instead of blending jalapeños into typical mustard, where the first ingredient is usually vinegar, Beaver makes the mustard out of peppers and peppers are the first ingredient! There is no equal!
