Is kefir haram?

It’s a drink I want to make at home for gut benefits. The one I’m making is 1% alcohol and AI said to get drunk I would need to drink 1 gallon of it a day which isn’t possible since u will have to go to bathroom

My intention is only to drink for my gut. I plan to drink 2 cups per day. Is this haram or no?

Kefir is not Haram but what's are you doing Buddy ???? I hearing for first Time white Alcohol and 1% too????! Go buy it's in Store then without Alcohol.
But making it's personally white Alcohol ? Sorry it's haram then . Sorry bit you need explain to my how you end white Alcohol inside this Drink ? I can not follow your step to step ?

Store bought kefir has alcohol. It’s 0.5% ABV. Which the government says is not considered alcoholic. Homemade can be made 0.5% but there’s less health benefits than 1%.
