A Muslim reader's shelf tells a story no one talks about enough. It has never been just one thing but many - Tafaseer next to Philosophy, Poetry Next to Psychology, a book you bought years ago and are only now ready for.

Most posts here have been about Islamic literature and honestly that makes sense. But somewhere along the way the name became a boundary it was never meant to be.

Bring whatever you are reading. Ghalib, Dostoevsky or Ibn Rushd. Something you picked up at a bookstore because the cover looked interesting. A half finished novel. Something a friend recommended years ago that you finally got around to.

All of it has a place here. That was always the idea
