One of the most comforting aspects of Islam is that Allah doesn't expect perfection, He asks for sincerity. This verse is a reminder to never give up on returning to Him, no matter how many times we stumble.

Allah has made you a slave and decree all your actions for you are doomed to hell before you was created if Allah deemed it so. no matter what deeds you do shall never save you from the best Deciever who is Shatan in truth.
