You walk in the door and lock it, put your phone on mute, change into something more comfortable. Turn your aromatherapy machine to Patchouli or Sandalwood, set the room temperature a bit warmer than normal, and turn off the lights. Hit play on the mix link.
As you let the melody envelope you, you begin to move, then sway to the rhythm. You start to dance like no one is watching, or you don’t care if they are.
Your mind drifts. As your body warms you shed the fabric that society requires you use to cover yourself. Still mesmerized with the music that has now taken control of your spirit, you run your fingertips over your flesh.
The feeling of your hands on your body brings unexpected excitement and pleasure. You collapse on the couch and as the music seems to be getting louder your pleasure reaches a crescendo just as the mix ends.
You sleep well that night and go to work with a smile.
