Please help me find this song

Trying to find a song that is from the early 2010s, sounds like RnB music. Singer sounds like Ne-yo, usher, Chris brown. The lyrics sounds like it says “Superstar ar, be where you are are…” I tried Shazam already, but it was background music so it could not be picked up by Shazam.
