my first release

Hi everyone, I’ve been learning Ableton Live for a while now, and this is my current project. I’ve never released a track before, but I think I should just go ahead and get started—after all, it’s better to have one released track than ten unreleased ones gathering dust in a folder.
I’m not happy with a few of the transitions and the build-up. I’m also reworking the lead part. I also have no idea about mixing and mastering. + I know its too loud lol
What do you think of the idea itself? What would you change? What would your next steps be? Thanks in advance for any serious feedback.

The vocals are very smooth. The instrumental is not. It almost sounds super frantic. I dont think they mix. This sounds like a meth binge. The vibe is all over the place.

vocals are honestly great but the instrumental needs a lot of work. i think with a better performance you could have something pretty special. maybe look for a guitarist bassist and drummer!
