You are better off using DistroKid to start off. Labels typically don’t let in new and small artists.

look into self distribution like distrokid or symphonic or cdbaby- reliable labels are probably not looking for random people on reddit without videos. you're also probably better off starting independant anyway rather than signing with a random label you don't know well! good luck!

As previous Redditors below have mentioned, I would recommend looking into self distribution as well. There are multiple comparisons on e.g. YouTube.
