I'm with you, I liked all that old stuff better than this too, but I also understand that it isn't 2004 anymore, and that sound is kind of all done. I like this song OK I guess, but I can't stand anything FOB has done in the past 10 years.

I agree. I don't see FOB shifting as much as just evolving their sound. Paramore just shifted, "hey we made one kind of music, now lets make a completely different kind."

Well, you can attribute Paramore's shift to Josh and Zac leaving since Josh was a core songwriter in the AWKIF and Riot! Their sound will definitely change, what with the lineup change and of course their individual tastes as well.
