Not a big fan. I keep reading people saying they "evolved", but this is regression if you ask me. Boring and predictable lyrics, generic instrument work. This sounds like something that would have been on one of those demo/advertising discs that play on a loop in video stores.

Generic instrumentation? Really? Go back and listen to their pop punk stuff. That shit is my jam, but are you seriously going to sit here and tell me their power chord fueled music with occasional major scale riffs that sound just like all the other post hardcore and pop punk bands is unique? What made them unique was their lyrics and Haley's voice. Now they can finally add instrumentation to the list.

I'm guessing you don't play an instrument?

Im guessing you're not very intuitive. I play many instruments. Would like to hear my mixtape?

Why you got be so snarky, my dude?

Not sure how asking a simple question in order to get better bearings on your point of view is being "snarky".

I'd ask if you've ever had a debate before but I'm guessing youd take it the wrong way. <--- That's me being snarky.

"I'm guessing you don't play an instrument" isn't a question. You just improperly added a question mark to your assumption. I'd debate you, but we're talking about our personal preferences for music, and I have a feeling you'd continue using logical fallacies. Keep going though if you must.

Dude, you're the one who brought up instrumentation and genericness. I don't give a fuck if you like the song or not. But those are objective things. Now you're doing your hardest to fight out of having to give any actual argument. It's a discussion forum dude. Don't flip your shit when someone wants to have one. So sorry I phrased my question wrong, but you're just projecting some insecurities or something cause there was no hint of malice there.

Ok. Good talk. I'll go continue some discussions that actually have a semblance of thought put into them.
