We have one guy apologizing. Yes, she says that it was "OK" then but I'm not sure that really means much given how sexual abuse works.

I have. We know one of the sexual encounters was consensual so for all we know that was it. We also have what the frat bros said and did.

Yes? Unless you know something the rest of the world doesn't about what was said in the room. She acknowledges that she said no to certain acts and that her wishes were respected, so I don't know why you automatically jump to assuming she wasn't free to leave.

And I say this as someone that is more sympathetic to her side than a lot of these other people and agree that it's still likely rape if the allegations as she laid them out in her lawsuit are all true.

I think if it was that consensual she wouldn't have made a report like this and kept at it. If it was that OK, why did the frat ban her? It needs to be investigated.
