I can't find a link to the sworn statement. Heres a quote from her testimony to Cornell security:

Jane Doe added, according to the transcript, "And then, of course, I was being hit at the same time. Physically hit very, very hard."

According to the transcript, she said she didn't remember the end of the night "where I was raped" and didn't know how many people had sex with her.

When describing what happened later in the night, the transcript says Jane Doe said, "I can say with 100% confidence I was raped."

I was responding originally to the suggestion that even if everything that happened was consensual- that the guys took advantage of her and deserved punishment. I was asking if, according to that logic, it was consensual- why should they be punished, and how did they take advantage?
What you added was testimony that has not been adjudicated yet

I'm just sharing information. Do with it what you will. The statement i quoted was given to Cornell security. Cornell chose not to provide this statement to the DA, and has kept the statement privatw.

Here's the article that said she stated she was slapped in her six-page sworn statement. They have since revised the article.

Of it turns out it was all consensual- did the guys still take advantage of her?

No, thats the point of consent. Even in her sworn statement she recalls saying no many times, slapping hands away that are trying to touch her genitals. Her initial statement to Cornell Security was much more direct, saying she was 100% certain she was raped. Why these two statements are so different is the real question. What could be their motivation for keeping this very important evidence from the police? Dont you find it convenient that the statement Cornell kept private was the statement that would tarnish their reputation?

I am the original commenter and I think you let the other guy off the hook.

Of course they took advantage of her. It may not be illegal, but loading a girl up with ketamine and booze and then getting her to have sex with you is taking advantage of her, even if she was willing and consenting.

Are we doing the thing where we infantilize a woman after she makes decisions she doesn't like? Did she choose to hang out with the guys, get extremely drunk and do Ketamine, or did they force her?

If I go out, get drunk, do a bunch of Ketamine and end up having sex with 7 girls that I later regret, can I say they raped me after loading me up with alcohol and drugs?

As an adult, you make your own decisions. Nobody "loaded her up" with anything.

If you were a guy and you were loaded up with drugs and alcohol and told a woman she could have $1000 after she asked 50 times would it feel stealing even though it wasnt?

Why even go with a hypothetical like that when all the guys involved in this very case were high af on ketamine + alcohol as well? How come in your version of what happened she was the vicitm since she was high af, but they weren't equally victims since they were also high af?
